C\u2019est un pilier fondamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, comment retrouver un sommeil r\u00e9parateur ? Pourquoi et comment favoriser un meilleur sommeil au quotidien ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le sommeil est-il si important ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommeil joue un r\u00f4le central dans la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du corps et dans notre \u00e9quilibre global. Durant la nuit, notre organisme travaille et c\u2019est lors des diff\u00e9rentes phases de sommeil qu\u2019il se r\u00e9pare, trie les informations, renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et \u00e9quilibre nos hormones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais lorsque le sommeil manque ou devient de mauvaise qualit\u00e9, les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre vraiment n\u00e9fastes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Risque de fatigue, baisse d\u2019\u00e9nergie, prise de poids et d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal :<\/strong><br>Un sommeil insuffisant perturbe la production d\u2019hormones de vigilance et de sati\u00e9t\u00e9. La privation de sommeil augmente la production de ghr\u00e9line, l\u2019hormone qui stimule l\u2019app\u00e9tit, et r\u00e9duit celle de la leptine, l\u2019hormone qui signale la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 favorisant fringales, irritabilit\u00e9 et troubles de la concentration.<br>Le manque de sommeil peut cr\u00e9er le risque d&rsquo;augmenter l\u2019app\u00e9tit et le besoin de sucre rapide. C\u2019est un cercle vicieux : moins on dort, plus on risque de grignoter, et de perturber son m\u00e9tabolisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Risque d\u2019inflammation, affaiblissement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, troubles de l\u2019humeur :<\/strong><br>Un sommeil fragment\u00e9 ou trop court accro\u00eet le stress oxydatif et emp\u00eache la r\u00e9paration cellulaire, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant le vieillissement de la peau et des tissus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>lien sommeil et sant\u00e9 intestinale :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que le lien entre sommeil et sant\u00e9 intestinale repose en grande partie sur l\u2019axe intestin-cerveau. Lorsque nous dormons mal, notre corps produit plus de cortisol, l\u2019hormone du stress, ce qui peut jouer sur de nombreux facteurs et des \u00e9tudes en cours s&rsquo;interrogent sur le risque que cela peut avoir sur la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale via des effets de jonstions serr\u00e9es. Le manque de sommeil perturbe les rythmes circadiens de notre intestin, affectant la digestion et l\u2019absorption des nutriments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><em>note :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><em>Intestin perm\u00e9able (ou hyperperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale) : d\u00e9signe un \u00e9tat o\u00f9 la paroi de l\u2019intestin devient trop poreuse. La paroi intestinale forme une barri\u00e8re s\u00e9lective laissant passer les nutriments (vitamines, acides amin\u00e9s, etc.) tout en bloquant les substances ind\u00e9sirables (comme les toxines).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><em>Lorsque la barri\u00e8re est alt\u00e9r\u00e9e, sous l\u2019effet du stress chronique par exemple, certains composants microbiens (comme des fragments de bact\u00e9ries ou des toxines) \u2014 peuvent alors passer dans le sang, et donc se retrouver dans la circulation sanguine.
