Quels sont ses bienfaits&nbsp;sur notre organisme&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonctions respiratoires et cardiaques sont li\u00e9es, les variations de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque sont influenc\u00e9es par la respiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque va avoir un impact sur nos \u00e9motions, sur la r\u00e9gulation des hormones et sur le stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la port\u00e9e de tous, il est important de la pratiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour en voir les bienfaits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque correspond \u00e0 un \u00e9tat particulier de la variabilit\u00e9 cardiaque obtenu par la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d\u2019exercices de respirations. C\u2019est un \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique (d\u2019adaptation qui se d\u00e9clenche face \u00e0 une menace) et le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique (de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration quand le danger est pass\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note&nbsp;: &nbsp;la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque va augmenter pendant l\u2019inspiration et diminuer pendant l\u2019expiration, ce que l\u2019on appelle l\u2019arythmie sinusale respiratoire (ASR) et son amplitude se mesure entre la diff\u00e9rence entre le rythme cardiaque maximum pendant l\u2019inspiration et minimum pendant l\u2019expiration. Par exemple, si le rythme cardiaque est de 80 battements par minutes (BPM) pendant l\u2019inspiration et de 70 BPM pendant l\u2019expiration alors l\u2019ASR est de 10 BPM. Certaines \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019une amplitude \u00e9l\u00e9v\u00e9e d\u2019ASR est positive et \u00e0 l\u2019inverse si elle est basse&nbsp;, cela entra\u00eenerait des risques cardiovasculaires (hypertension,\u2026) et mentaux (stress,\u2026)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment la pratiquer&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pratiquer id\u00e9alement 3 fois par jour (avant un repas par exemple), en portant sa conscience sur son c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela veut dire quoi ? Porter la conscience sur son c\u0153ur, c\u2019est porter son attention sur les battements de son c\u0153ur par exemple. La coh\u00e9rence cardiaque, cette technique respiratoire, consiste \u00e0 concilier, mettre en lien, son c\u0153ur et son cerveau en vue d\u2019atteindre un \u00e9tat plus harmonieux, un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique et parasympathique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique : la m\u00e9thode 365<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c\u2019est une respiration de 6 cycles par minute, inspirer par exemple sur 5 temps puis expirer, doucement, sur 5 temps pendant 5 minutes, 3 fois par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019important, dans cette respiration, \u00e9tant d\u2019\u00e9galiser les deux temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fois que l\u2019on inspire, le c\u0153ur acc\u00e9l\u00e8re (stimulation du syst\u00e8me sympathique) et \u00e0 l\u2019expiration, il ralentit (syst\u00e8me parasympathique qui est stimul\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En inspirant et en expirant de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale, cela est suppos\u00e9 ralentir le c\u0153ur de fa\u00e7on \u00e9gale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bienfaits sont multiples comme une meilleure gestion du stress et peut donc se pratiquer aussi lors d\u2019un gros coup de stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela fait baisser le niveau de cortisol (hormone du stress) ce qui va jouer sur notre fatigue, gestion du stress, l\u00e2cher prise, ce qui favoriserait le sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, elle permet d\u2019accro\u00eetre la concentration, la motivation, de baisser l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le cortisol, l\u2019inflammation, va jouer sur l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, lutter contre les troubles digestifs, am\u00e9liorer le sommeil, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e0 l\u2019effort pour le sportif et permet l\u2019harmonisation du c\u0153ur et du souffle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, pr\u00eat ?
